Presenters with accepted abstracts/cases may be eligible for a Travel Grant. (Asia-Pacific: up to USD 1,000 / Europe / North America: up to USD 1,500–2,000.
The grant amount may vary by region and is subject to conference regulations and budget availability. Please contact the Secretariat if you have any questions.)
Submission window: January 12–April 19, 2026 (Korean Standard Time).
Please note that abstract acceptance will be conducted in two rounds during the submission period.

K-IMAGING Travel Grant – Eligibility & Criteria
1. Eligible Specialties:
Applicants must be specialized in one of the following fields:
Cardiology / Cardiovascular Medicine
Interventional Cardiology
Echocardiography
Vascular Imaging
CT MR
AI Imaging
2. Updated Curriculum Vitae (CV):
Please submit a current CV that includes your current position, a full timeline of your academic history, and relevant previous workplaces (standard CV format).
While not required, you are encouraged to include a section on relevant clinical or academic specializations as an optional supplement.
3. Attendance Requirement:
In addition to your speaker role, you are required to complete any additional assigned roles or attend a minimum of 80% of the conference to remain eligible for reimbursement.
4. Benefits
Presenters of selected cases/abstracts will be invited as faculty members, and their full registration fee will be waived. Furthermore, they will be eligible for a Travel Grant:
Asia-Pacific: up to USD 1,000 / Europe / North America: up to USD 1,500–2,000.
Reimbursement will be processed after the conference, following approval of your submission and verification of attendance.
Abstract Submission Guidelines
1.Language:
Abstracts must be written in clear and concise English, and presenting authors should have a good command of spoken English.
2. Submission Format:
Length: Up to 250 words
Title: Maximum of 10 words, with appropriate capitalization
Include 3~5 keywords
